About The Role As a Service Technician you are responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of products servicing the metropolitan suburbs and surrounding regions of South Australia. Your duties would include: Attend scheduled after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and/or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotation Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart Maintain actions that safeguard both individual health and safety and that of the community. About You We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will also have: Trade qualification in Plumbing Additional restricted Electrical license – Highly desirable Current SA drivers license Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
