What you’ll do As a member of the Cartology Product team, you will be responsible for engaging and supporting Cartology clients and their use of Cartology’s sponsored search solution, Cartology Promoted Products (CPP). You are customer and client success focused and will play a vital role in supporting new client acquisition across suppliers, platform onboarding and use of CPP, enabling clients to increase their product visibility and sales velocity on Big W. Utilising your product expertise, you will partner with clients to assist them with their onboarding to the Topsort self serve platform, understanding their eCommerce strategy and their objectives for paid search media. You will provide optimal guidance and service to clients onboarding to the platform through your knowledge of the product, delivering CPP insights and recommendations that maximise performance and return on investment. Our ideal candidate is customer-centric focused and thrives on partnering with clients to connect brands with potential customers. You are passionate about digital and eCommerce, and understand the power of search and the role it plays in the online customer journey and customer activation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Drive Cartology Promoted Products (CPP) client acquisition by developing effective engagement plans and supporting the full onboarding journey to ensure initial campaign success. Deliver month-on-month revenue growth by developing a strong understanding of clients' products and objectives, then growing their CPP media spend and identifying expansion opportunities. Develop campaign strategies, provide data-driven recommendations and insights, and lead performance reviews and presentations for new and strategic clients. Manage all day-to-day operational issues and communication (inbound and outbound) with new clients via phone, email, and meetings, using strong communication and negotiation skills. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product, Cartology, and BIG W teams to ensure positive client experiences, while maintaining continuous training on product updates and industry changes. What you’ll bring We are looking for an experienced sales professional, with a pro-active approach and a customer-first mentality. Substantial experience in paid search marketing or strategy, specifically within the online marketplace or e-commerce paid search client and seller account management space. Proven experience in client acquisition and onboarding onto a self-serve paid search platform. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and virtual conference etiquette. Ability to work proactively and independently, showing a pioneering spirit and consistently following through on commitments to achieve desired results. Confidence and articulation in delivering client presentations and recommendations, coupled with the ability to provide exceptional client engagement services in a fast-paced environment.
