We work closely with agencies and brands to deliver tailored marketing solutions, integrate ad tech, and unlock business impact through platform innovation. This role plays a critical part in owning and strengthening agency relationships, delivering bespoke strategies that maximize the value of TikTok for our clients. - Establish and grow strategic relationships with respective agencies - Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities that align with client goals - Define and co-own account plans to unlock investment and drive measurable results - Act as a trusted consultant, delivering full-funnel digital media and e-commerce solutions - Develop persuasive presentations using market insights, case studies, and product collateral - Collaborate cross-functionally to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - Drive end-to-end campaign execution and ensure smooth operations across teams - Roll out training, enablement, and certification programs for agency partners - Provide best-in-class client service and exceed quarterly revenue targets - Monitor market trends to craft business cases for new products and solutions Minimum Qualification(s): - Experience in digital media, ad-tech sales, or advertising (agency, brand, or platform side) - Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, ad-tech ecosystem, and measurement for both branding and performance - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business outcomes - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to simplify complex ideas and present them persuasively to diverse audiences - Experience working cross-functionally in matrix or global organizations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive insights Preferred Qualification(s): - Established industry network across agencies and brands - Knowledge of e-commerce and biddable ad platforms (e.g., auction/self-serve models) - Experience working across time zones and cultures - Passion for TikTok and digital innovation - Self-starter with a fast learning curve and a can-do attitude - Team player with the ability to influence and win stakeholder support - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
