From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. Responsibilities -You will be in charge of acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with creators. -Formulating strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research ・Planning and executing of measures related to partnerships with creators ・Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities ・Creating manuals and community guidelines for creators ・Conducting creator showcases ・Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis ・Planning and executing other related measures Minimum Qualifications - Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming industry - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the LIVE streaming industry - Experience in sales or business development in the IT or media industry - Experience in building and managing a team from scratch - Business-level proficiency in English Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
