You'll drive brand visibility, support business development teams, and strengthen connections with technical and non-technical audiences. What the role typically involves Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support brand positioning, lead generation and customer engagement across B2B and B2C markets. Oversee website content, UX updates, and digital performance, ensuring product, project and capability information remains accurate and compelling. Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social and other emerging platforms. Collaborate with engineers, project teams and leadership to build narratives around new technologies, sustainability initiatives and major project milestones. Lead content creation case studies, videos, thought leadership, EDMs, social content, capability statements and internal communications. Own the social media strategy for corporate and project-level pages, ensuring consistent messaging tailored to each audience. Support bid and tender teams with marketing collateral, presentations and brand-aligned communications. Monitor digital analytics, interpret results, and recommend optimisations to improve reach, engagement and conversions. Maintain strong brand governance across all channels and ensure compliance with industry, safety and stakeholder requirements. Manage external agencies and suppliers (design, web, media, content) to deliver high-quality output on time and within scope. Who were looking for 5 years experience in digital marketing, communications or brand management ideally within engineering, construction, infrastructure, technology or related sectors. Proven capability delivering both B2B and B2C campaigns. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms, marketing automation and digital advertising tools. Confident stakeholder manager who can collaborate with technical experts, executives, clients and community groups. Skilled in analytics, reporting and data-driven optimisation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Experience managing contractors, creative teams or agencies is highly regarded.
