The role directly supports the team based at Sale. Key Responsibilities Collate data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and report templates. This includes works progress reports, welding test results, welding equipment purchases, asset registers, trade qualification updates and drawing revisions Monitor electronic registers and seek out updates from nominated team members Format and apply style guides to drafted documents Scan and / or register quality control documents Assist with the receipting of incoming material orders, offshore logistics bookings, and general team training administration, during periods of peak demand or for leave coverage Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill or experience.
