This is not a traditional admin role. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO whose primary mission is simple but powerful: Make Michael’s professional and personal life run effortlessly. You will act as the central nervous system of the Founder’s world: managing communications, calendar, travel, priorities and personal logistics with precision, discretion and foresight. The right person anticipates problems before they arise, protects the Founder’s time ruthlessly and creates calm, structure and leverage in a fast-moving global business. About the Founder Michael Black is the Founder & Global CEO of Success Tutoring, one of the fastest-growing education franchise systems in the world, operating across Australia, New Zealand and expanding rapidly into North America and beyond. Michael operates at high intensity, travels frequently and balances global growth, executive meetings, franchise partner support and personal commitments. This role exists to remove friction from that life. Key Responsibilities 1. Calendar & Time Management (Critical) Own and manage the Founder’s business and personal calendar end-to-end Prioritise meetings ruthlessly, protecting focus time and energy Schedule across multiple time zones Prepare daily/weekly agendas and briefings Say no on behalf of the Founder when required 2. Email & Communication Management Manage and triage the Founder’s inbox with speed and judgment Draft, respond to or delegate emails on the Founder’s behalf Flag urgent or high-leverage items Maintain a zero-clutter inbox system 3. Travel & Logistics Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel Book flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and itineraries Ensure seamless travel experiences with contingency planning Prepare detailed travel packs and schedules 4. Personal Support Manage personal appointments, commitments and life admin Coordinate personal events, gifts, reminders and key dates Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion Act as a trusted gatekeeper and support system 5. Founder Leverage & Flow Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve systems Act as a buffer between the Founder and noise Anticipate needs before they are voiced Ensure the Founder is always prepared, informed and ahead Remuneration This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with a remuneration range of: $60,000 – $75,000 Super (pro-rated) (depending on experience and capability) There is a clear pathway to increased hours and responsibility as the Founder’s workload and the business continue to grow.
