As the CHPP Superintendent you will oversee a team of five direct reports, collaborating closely with the broader team and reporting to the CHPP Manager. You will take charge of supervising daily operations to ensure that commercial objectives are consistently met with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Lead and embed a safety-first culture, empowering employees by setting and maintaining clear safety standards. Ensure plant operations deliver optimum performance in throughput, recovery, and operating costs. Plan and coordinate activities on site, supporting maintenance and operational areas. Resolve operational and maintenance issues, identifying opportunities to improve equipment, processes, and efficiency. Build team capability by providing coaching, mentoring, and technical expertise. Collate and analyse data, sharing insights into key work management metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production, quality control, and maintenance. What are we looking for in our future team member? Trade-qualified Electrician with proven experience in CHPP operations. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Safety-driven professional with expertise in leadership, project management, time management, and negotiation. Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
