Synergie Australia is seeking General Hands for one of our trusted clients, a leading modular construction company based in Naval Base, WA. The important parts: Work hours: Day shifts, 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday Overtime and occasional Saturday work Pay rate: $35 What you will be required to do: Assist carpenters and trades with hands-on tasks on site and in the yard Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and move materials (forklift license required) General laboring and yard work as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with WHS requirements Participate in toolbox talks and lead with a safety-first mindset To be successful in the role you will: Hold a valid Forklift License (LF) Have experience in general laboring or hands-on trade assistance Be physically fit, able to bend, lift, and move materials up to 25kg Be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic Have full working rights in Australia and access to reliable transport. Visa holders will NOT be considered.
