Corporate Procurement has three functions within the team: Business Partnering, Sourcing, and Centre of Excellence. This role sits within the Sourcing team and reports to a Senior Sourcing Manager, who reports directly to the Chief Procurement Officer. This role is a key support to the team including a Senior Sourcing Manager, Sourcing Manager, and Sourcing Advisor. Your responsibilities will include: Provide a range of procurement and contract management support services including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to meet the business needs of the team/unit Respond to and resolve enquiries to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues Assist in the preparation of procurement plan and other related documents/reports as per organisational framework to support informed decision making and planning Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee and/or stakeholder meetings and managing documentation to support service delivery outcomes Publish procurement requests on eTendering portal and respond to queries as advised by stakeholders to support effective management of procurement activities About you: You are genuinely passionate about procurement and helping your team achieve the business needs. You will have demonstratable experience delivering excellence in administrative services and procurement experience is desired. You are committed to your team and are flexible and reliable when your help is needed.
