Key Responsibilities: Preparing, cooking and presenting menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensuring food quality, taste and presentation meet business expectations. Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment at all times. Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations. Managing food preparation tasks efficiently during service periods. Assisting with stock control, storage and minimising food waste. About you: Minimum one year of relevant work experience as a Chef. Sound knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods. Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
