Position: Full-Time Cook Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation Location: Bogey Hole Café / Restaurant, Bronte NSW 2024 Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in planning and developing daily specials and seasonal menus. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and portion standards. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised kitchen at all times. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies. Store food correctly and ensure proper rotation to minimise waste. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in line with workplace and statutory requirements. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required. Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly. Requirements: Relevant culinary qualification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook in a café / restaurant or similar fast-paced kitchen. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
