The Opportunity As part of the Centre Leadership Team at Rockbank Village , you will work closely with the Centre Manager and wider Aspire leadership to establish a warm, inclusive and high-performing service. Depending on your role, responsibilities may include: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre Leading, mentoring and inspiring educators to deliver high-quality programs Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community Driving best practice aligned to the EYLF and National Quality Standards Supporting team performance, reflective practice and professional growth Creating safe, engaging and inspiring learning environments Contributing to a positive team culture from centre opening and beyond About You We’re looking for leaders who are motivated, collaborative and passionate about early childhood education. You will bring: An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher Leadership experience relevant to your role (Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader or Room Leader) Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards Confidence in leading teams and managing priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and safety Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates Experience with XAP software (desirable) Why Join Aspire?
