Do you communicate well and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? A family-run feedlot and farming business in the Dalby District is seeking a mechanic to join the team. In this role, you will be based at your own small workshop and work independently day-to-day, while also coordinating closely with another qualified mechanic located a short distance away. Good communication and organisation are key to making this role work well. What the Role Involves You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of farm, feedlot, and plant equipment. While you will handle your own workload, you will regularly liaise with the other mechanic to plan work, share knowledge, and support operations during busy periods. This role suits someone who is self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently while still being part of a team.
