Founded in the 1970s, they began with a mission to support people with intellectual disabilities in Dalby and the surrounding communities. Their mission has been to empower individuals by building skills, supporting daily living and creating pathways to employment and independence. As part of the strategy for the business, they are looking to engage a CEO to run the operation. About the role: In addition to the overall CEO responsibilities, you will be engaged in: Understanding and ensuring client care and well being; Building and growing your 80 team; Overseeing all facets of properties owned and being built for supported independent living; Providing strategic leadership and organisation development; Financial leadership and overseeing commercial sustainability; Looking for areas for growth with services in the area; Ensuring governance aligns with the organisation's constitution, legal obligations, and funder expectations including but not limited to NDIS and Aged Care; Liaising with the Board and providing relevant reports and information; Overseeing data, privacy and digital systems requirements; and Attending and reporting to monthly Board meetings. About you: To be successful in the role, you will ideally have previous experience in a CEO role, giving you the knowledge to help grow the organisation as well as overseeing current functions. We are seeking someone with extensive executive leadership experience in disability, health, community or human services. Having knowledge of NDIS practice standards, provider governance and safeguarding requirements will also position you well for success. How to Apply?
