Monday to Friday and must be available for OT from Mondays to Thursdays D/S available 6am-2pm $37.19 p/h A/S available 12pm-7.30pm $42.76 p/h Key Responsibilities: Tool setting and running the panel lines ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. work on the panel line to maintain productivity and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of work activities and inventory. Ensure the production area is clean, organised and well-stocked. Monitor damaged inventory and report issues to the supervisor. Pack, label and tag inventory in the factory and yard. Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Leader. Drive a safety first culture. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in production and/or manufacturing. Strong commitment to safety in the workplace Excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions and take on feedback. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required Proven ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good planning and coordination skills.
