Working for a Professional services organisation based in the CBD we are looking for an administrator to join the team. This role would suit someone who with only a few years of administration experience and is looking to grow their career within the Professional Services or Finance sector. The role: Supporting an a team of 10 finance professionals with various administration tasks High level document control, including preparing reports Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders Ad-hoc administration as required by the greater team The right candidate: Someone with 1-2 years administration experience or someone looking to gain experience in this field or the Finance sector We would also look at candidates who are entry level credit / accounts receivable experienced Th ability to pick up new tasks and systems easily Someone who have proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High level of attention to detail Good communication skills Reliable and fast learner The company: Location in the CBD, this is a full-time work from the office role with potential 1 day from home after probation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Salary of up to $75,000 package Benefits such as discounted health experience, EAP, discounts to gym and study and exam leave The client is able to interview next week for a start in early/mid January, please apply today if this role is of interest.
