As a Robotics (Mako) Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery across Western Australia. You’ll work closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital staff to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Mako system. This is a hands-on, theatre-based role that combines technical expertise, clinical support, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support: Provide in-theatre technical assistance during Mako robotic-assisted procedures, ensuring optimal system performance and surgeon confidence. Case Planning: Assist with pre-operative planning and ensure accurate data integration for surgical cases. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption during procedures. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical teams to drive adoption and satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product advancements and share best practices to enhance surgical outcomes.
