In this role, you will: Facilitate High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) training and other health-related programs. Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies. Maintain and enhance training resources to support best practice. Apply your clinical expertise to design and deliver impactful learning experiences. Drive continuous improvement in workforce capability and care delivery. What we’re looking for: Formal qualifications in Nursing. Current registration as a Registered Nurse (must be maintained). Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to apply it within organisational requirements. Proven ability to facilitate engaging training for groups and individuals, aligned with adult learning principles. NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance. Rights to work in Australia. A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to use your own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance) if required. Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Why join Aruma?
