Support the execution of strategic plans and initiatives for multi-hotel revenue management under the guidance of the Director. • Coordinate team activities across several hotels, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and revenue strategies remain consistent. • Work collaboratively with stakeholders from multiple hotels to collect requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and financial plans for a portfolio of properties, maintaining accountability for performance outcomes. • Ensure that all hotels within the cluster adhere to organizational policies and procedures. • Provide day-to-day supervision and support to team members, promoting a cooperative and effective work environment across locations. • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for the Director and senior management, highlighting multi-hotel performance data.
