You’ll be the key point of contact for both property owners and tenants, ensuring all operations meet high standards of service and quality. The Role: Onboard new properties while ensuring full compliance with local short-term rental regulations Foster and maintain strong relationships with property owners Oversee daily operations including guest support, cleaning schedules, and maintenance coordination Address cleaning or maintenance issues promptly and professionally Serve as the escalation point for guest-related concerns or complaints Monitor property performance metrics including revenue, reviews, and guest feedback Perform weekly inspections and liaise with contractors to uphold quality standards Provide weekend operational support as part of a rotating roster The Person: At least 2 years of property management experience, preferably in short-term rentals Confidence navigating platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Real Estate Certification (or a willingness to obtain it) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Professionalism in handling guest or owner concerns Willingness to travel locally for property-related duties Completion of a police background check The Perks: 100% remote role!
