Job Description Are you an experienced payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? Join us at Pillow Talk as our Payroll Specialist (Permanent Part-Time) , working three set days per week — Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday . You’ll play a key role in ensuring our team members are paid accurately and on time, while supporting our payroll BAU processing within a collaborative and fast-paced team. What You'll Do: Process weekly payroll efficiently and accurately Review time and attendance data, ensuring correct pay rates and entitlements Manage leave processing, superannuation, and PAYG payments Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with Awards and company policies Support employees with payroll-related queries in partnership with our People & Culture team Assist with reporting, audits, and system updates to keep everything running smoothly What We're Looking For: 5 years payroll experience, ideally in a retail setting Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Awards, and employer obligations Experience with Dayforce or similar cloud-based payroll systems Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Why we think you should consider joining the Pillow Talk Tribe!
