Your day-to-day will involve: End-to-End Excellence: Managing high-volume, multi-location payroll with clinical precision. Legislative Mastery: Interpreting complex Retail Awards and ensuring we remain a gold standard for compliance. Problem Solving: Partnering with HR to resolve queries, managing leave entitlements, and streamlining timesheet processes. Data Integrity: Maintaining our payroll systems and supporting critical month-end and year-end reporting. What You Bring to the Table We are looking for a payroll specialist who balances technical "know-how" with a customer-service heart. Experience: You’ve managed payroll in a high-volume, multi-site environment (Retail or Hospitality experience is a major plus!). Technical Savvy: You are an Excel power user and comfortable navigating modern payroll software. Compliance Knowledge: You have a rock-solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and Fair Work requirements.
