About the Role: Reporting The Business Development & AOG Representative, Australia, reports directly to the Vice President of Spares. Promote sales to existing clientele. Identify and solicit potential clients. Be able to meet customers' needs by evaluating existing inventory and coming up with creative solutions based on parts from assemblies and kits. Work closely with the Repairs-Purchasing team to ensure quotes and final sales meet requirements. Provide quotations and conduct sales transactions in Quantum. Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support. Maintain accounts with monthly review of contacts and sales volume targets. Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to support the overall project success, including: Inventory Sales Repairs Parts purchasing Product Improvement Assist with other team members as required. Expediting sales team members as required. Expediting sales orders, repair orders and cores. Closing sales and working with the clients through the closing process. Perform AOG on call duties. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must possess a minimum grade 12 education; degree or diploma in related program(s) is considered an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers. Eager to expand the company with new sales, and territories. Demonstrate sound analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Must be computer literate. Experience 2 years of experience in sales and/ or marketing. In-depth knowledge and experience with sales methodology and excellent closing and negotiation skills.
