About the Role As the Centre Director, you will lead both the operational and pedagogical success of the service. Your responsibilities include: Leading the centre with a strong commitment to high-quality practice and family partnerships Providing professional guidance, coaching, and development to your educator team Ensuring compliance with the NQS , National Regulations , and EYLF Building strong community connections and maintaining trusted relationships with families Overseeing daily operations, staffing, enrolments, and financial performance Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive, inclusive culture Leading with clarity, responsiveness, and a child-centred approach This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and values autonomy supported by a strong national framework.
