CoMade are recruiting for an E&I Planner/Supervisor where the successful applicant will plan and supervise assigned E&I work scope associated with Turnarounds at the Geelong Refinery on a permanent basis. About the role You will co-ordinate with the Mechanical Planner to ensure all associated mechanical and E&I requirements are planned. Identify material, equipment and tooling requirements for all approved scope items (including long leads and pre-fab). You will support the optimisation of critical path and near critical path activities and escalate any issues to the TA E&I Lead. In addition, you will supervise day to day activities during turnaround execution phase. The role involves normal business hours with extended hours and workdays during defined turnaround periods About you An experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Planner/Supervisor preferably with a tertiary qualification in Engineering and multiple years of experience in petrochemical/manufacturing industry. Conversely you could present with extensive work experience in trade-based maintenance working environments. Instrument/Electrical Trade qualified with demonstrated major maintenance experience Computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in scheduling tools, JDE, and confidence in Outlook, Excel, Word. Demonstrated planning and project scheduling experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Strong leadership skills on multidisciplinary sites as well as stakeholder management capability Demonstrated knowledge and application of procurement processes and contractual management Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels inside and outside the business This position comes with good financial reward and incentives.
