We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lumus Imaging. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be building relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners. Your ability to think strategically and work with a sense of urgency will be essential in meeting our talent acquisition goals. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
