Support the Venue Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance. Ensure every product meets Yo-Chi’s quality and food safety standards. Train, coach, and develop team members to build skills and deliver great guest experiences. Maintain venue presentation, safety, and compliance with all policies and legislative requirements. Drive sales, manage costs, and help the venue achieve its financial and performance targets. What we’re looking for: Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
