Job Description About the role : Part Time role available (PPT15 minimum 15 hours a week guaranteed, maximum hours 38 per week) You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times. Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment Recycling and removal of rubbish Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines. Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements. Work on a rotation roster, including AM, PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster, including weekends and public holidays.
