Position Title: Account Executive Position Overview: Our Account Executives don’t just sell – they guide brands through a high‑touch onboarding experience that turns trials into loyal customers. You’ll own the full journey from demo to trial success, making sure every brand hits their wow moment and sees measurable value before committing. In this role, you’ll: Own the relationship from demo → trial → signed customer. Run high‑impact onboarding calls with new brands. Work closely with each trial customer for 2 weeks to drive usage, answer questions, and showcase value. Turn trials into happy, long‑term paying customers by ensuring they see results fast. This role is perfect for someone who loves consultative selling, product training, and building customer relationships – all while smashing conversion targets. Department: GTM Reports To: Head of Sales Key Responsibilities: Hit monthly revenue targets by converting trial brands into paying customers. Run product demos that are tailored to the brand’s goals, showing exactly how Cuttable can improve their ad creation process. Lead white‑glove onboarding calls that get customers live and using the platform in their first session. Act as the main point of contact during the 2‑week trial, proactively checking in, suggesting use cases, and helping with creative ideas. Conduct a mixture of inbound and outbound sales activity where required. Track trial engagement metrics and step in early to re‑engage inactive users. Partner with Marketing to ensure inbound leads are qualified and ready for activation. Partner with Product to share feedback from trial users to improve onboarding and retention. Continuously refine our trial → conversion playbook to improve win rates. Qualifications: 2 years of prior experience selling BSB SaaS products is essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. A relentless, proactive approach to achieving targets and managing workloads is essential. Experience in maintaining a sales CRM is essential (preferably Hubspot). Experience with a formal sales methodology (preferably MEDDPICC) is required. Experience in producing sales reports, updates and reports is required. An ability to manage context switches easily when needed is required. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field would be a bonus. A positive outlook and attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity combined with an ability to work and collaborate with a growing team is required. A curious mindset that is always open to learning, growing and giving/receiving feedback is required.
