About the Role: Family Law This is more than a typical legal position, it’s an opportunity to guide, mentor, and influence within a supportive environment. As the head of the family law team, you’ll manage a knowledgeable group including a Junior Lawyer and two Paralegals, handling a diverse caseload that encompasses parenting, property settlements, divorce, and domestic violence concerns. Enjoy a role that balances leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth, offering a flexible work arrangement with up to two days WFH. The role features reduced billable hours (~4.33/day), enabling you to focus on business development, team management, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing expansion. Ideal candidates are experienced Senior Associates, Special Counsels, or Partners with a minimum of 7 years PAE in Family Law and a strong desire to lead with impact.
