The right candidate will be responsible for: Managing inventory for footwear, apparel, jerseys, and basketball-related merchandise across the store and online channels. Establishing pricing strategies for products based on market trends, competitor analysis, and business objectives. Planning and overseeing in-store events, product launches, athlete signings, and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales. Leading product demonstrations, styling advice, and personalised recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Upselling loyalty memberships, exclusive product drops, and event bookings to increase customer engagement and retention. Overseeing financial reporting, daily sales reconciliations, and revenue tracking across all sales channels. Monitoring expenses, margins, and sales performance to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Hiring, training, and mentoring retail associates and event staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Implementing safe handling, storage, and security procedures for high-value sneakers, apparel, and other merchandise. About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Retail Manager; Ability to manage stock levels of sneakers, apparel, and accessories, track sales, and ensure optimal product availability. Knowledge of retail budgeting, sales forecasting, and revenue tracking to drive business performance. Skills in organizing product launches, in-store events, and brand activations to boost customer engagement. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and brand distributors. Understanding of retail compliance requirements, workplace health & safety regulations, and loss prevention best practices. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: $76,000 - $85,000;
