The Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Advisor based at Orchard Hills Western Sydney or CBD - starting in February Reporting to the Resourcing Lead, you identify current and future hiring needs and provide an end-to-end recruitment process across a technical and corporate services portfolio. Execute the recruitment strategy through a range of channels Ensure a seamless candidate experience. Develop and manage market mapping and industry intelligence to inform recruitment decisions. Develop and maintain talent pools utilising the ATS (JobAdder), proactively identifying and approaching potential candidates using Seek, LinkedIn and/or industry forums. Contribute to bringing to life our People Strategy and continue to strengthen our employer brand by applying best practice, continuous improvement and innovation. What We’re Looking For Construction Talent Acquisition experience and understanding of TA full cycle for large organisations, including hiring across candidate skillsets, expertise, market knowledge and working in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of candidate attraction, internal succession, recruitment, assessment and onboarding methods and best practices Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
