You will be working within a lean, high-impact team and contributing to outcomes that matter at Board level. Your role As the Corporate Development & Investor Relations Executive/Manager, you’ll gain exposure to the full spectrum of M&A, strategy and investor relations activity. You’ll report to the Head of Capital Markets and work closely with senior finance leaders including the CFO, General Manager, and Head of Strategy. M&A InvestorRelations Key responsibilities: Help to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities Build financial models to assist with M&A and capital raising activities Prepare investment analysis to support strategic decisions Support execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring Collaborate across strategy, finance, legal, and external advisers on key projects Provide insights for board papers, investor updates, and enterprise-level planning Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment Support the development of investor materials, and coordinate investor meetings What You'll Need To Succeed You’re ambitious, commercially astute, and ready to make an impact. You bring strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
