About the Role As a Family Day Care Educator, you will operate your own home-based early learning service with the full support of our client behind you. You will: Care for a maximum of 7 children Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment Deliver play-based programs aligned with children’s interests and development Build strong, long-term relationships with families Run your own business with guidance, systems, and ongoing support provided This role allows you to educate the way you always wanted to , without the pressure of large rooms, constant staff shortages, or unrealistic expectations.
