As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Mossman Johnston Road: Our small, 62-place centre is located on Kuku Yalanji land, nestled amidst stunning rainforests. The cool and rainy climate creates a wonderful natural environment for both children and staff. Our team includes a diverse group, from trainees to seasoned educators with up to 20 years of experience in the industry. We bring a wide range of knowledge and continuously learn and grow from one another each day. The centre operates from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing a supportive and enriching environment for everyone involved.
