The role We’re seeking a Senior Property Business Analyst to provide expert support to our Business Solutions and Asset Management Services (AMS) teams. You’ll play a key role in managing projects, driving system and process improvements, and supporting change management and client transitions. Key Responsibilities Act as an escalation point for complex accounting, system, or user queries. Partner with technical and business teams to enhance systems and processes. Identify and implement innovative solutions to strengthen accounting and management services. Participate in testing and implementation of system fixes, developments, and enhancements. Proactively respond to changing client needs and identify improvement opportunities. Manage and support client transitions and mobilisations as required.
