You will be responsible for answering phones and emails, providing timely and professional responses to enquiries from two key clients within Brisbane. The position offers exposure to all aspects of car park operations from a customer service perspective, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management. What We’re Looking For Your friendly and professional nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous customer service experience (ideally in office environments, call centres, or client service roles) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service • Eligibility to work in Australia • Computer literacy and confidence using email and office systems • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • A willingness to learn and grow with the company Note: Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
