Who we are lookin g for We’re looking for a detail-oriented Test Analyst with strong experience in quality assurance across systems like case management, HRIS, payroll, finance, and asset management. You will collaborate with project teams and partners, creates and executes effective test plans, and ensures all solutions meet quality standards. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 3 years of experience in testing solutions implemented using SaaS platforms. Minimum 1 years of experience in testing Salesforce implementation projects. Hands-on experience in Salesforce NPC is an added advantage. Experience in software testing, specifically in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Previous experience in a test analyst role demonstrating ownership of testing a large part of a system. Proven ability to provide training and guidance to business users to conduct User Acceptance Testing. It would be a bonus if you have: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant professional certification such as ISTQB. W hat you will be doing Partner with internal team and implementation team to ensure requirements and user stories are comprehensive and acceptance criteria covers all business requirements and logics. Partner with key stakeholders (Project Manager Salesforce, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, etc.) to develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance and testing strategies. Work collaboratively with the implementation team to minimise the introduction of the defects during the solution implementation. Design and Develop test cases and scenarios to comprehensively test the solution being built to confirm its meeting business requirements.
