We are seeking a receptionist who thrives in a fast paced, customer service environment. You will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all clients who come into MICM Real Estate Southbank office. This role reports into the Receptionist Team Leader. Working Tuesday to Saturday you will work with a team to provide exceptional customer service. This role is highly regarded as our wonderful reception team is the face of our business and go above and beyond to represent MICM the best way they can every day! Key responsibilities include Answering inbound calls and accurately putting calls through or relaying messages. Handle all client enquiries efficiently and accurately to ensure clients leave with a positive image of our company. Issuing and Receiving keys to contractors, owners and renters, assisting with renter application enquiries Receipt monies for rental, owner's corporation and sales fees Greeting face to face visitors. Other ad hoc tasks To be successful you will ideally have Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume Reception/ customer service or hospitality/ retail industries Professional in presentation and lead with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Be able to listen, empathise and delegate calls to the right individual and where needed taking accurate phone messages High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure.
