The Company Our client is a national peak body. The Role As the People and Culture Generalist, you will support the P&C team and wider-organisation with your P&C knowledge and expertise. You will advise your stakeholders on P&C policies and procedures, and assist them throughout the entire employee-lifecycle. You will demonstrate maturity and proactiveness with your approach to work, and be a valued member of the organisation, helping to drive P&C projects and initiatives. You will have at least 3-4 years experience working in a P&C function, demonstrating generalist knowledge across P&C. This is a full-time role, based in the CBD, with flexibility to work from home. Duties As the People and Culture Generalist, your duties will include: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation, liaising with hiring managers and candidates to provide support to all stakeholders throughout. Officiating the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and they are successfully inducted into the organisation. Reviewing and improving P&C policies and procedures. Supporting the Director of P&C with employee relations cases. Rolling our employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Responding to employee queries and assisting throughout any P&C related issue. Working with the P&C team on the P&C strategy and project roll-out, including professional development, rewards and recognition projects. Your Profile To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have: Experience working in a P&C function, up to advisor/senior advisor/generalist or BP level. Excellent time-management and organisation skills. A proactive approach and strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
