About The Role As Project Quality Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of quality systems and compliance across all phases of major infrastructure projects in Perth. Reporting to the Regional Quality & Systems Manager, you’ll drive continuous improvement, manage non-conformances, and foster a culture of quality and accountability. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets BMD, client, and ISO 9001 standards. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and empower project quality teams for successful outcomes Develop and maintain project Quality Management Plans and audit schedules Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances with corrective actions Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives Engage with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimise project performance Prepare clear, accurate reports for clients and senior management Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ISO standards About You Based in our Perth office, you’ll bring a collaborative mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for quality. You’ll have a strong background in quality management within the construction industry, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple objectives in a dynamic environment.
