You’ll start in a dedicated team with the expectation to grow into consulting work. Under the supervision of a senior consultant. We are seeking a technically proficient candidate with consulting experience in the construction industry, ideally from an engineering background and preferably from an engineering consultancy. The role involves working on commercial fit-outs, education, and health sector projects, with a primary focus on audio visual and communications consulting. Communications/ICT: Structured cabling design (copper, fibre, racking equipment), distributed antenna systems, liaison with telecommunications carriers, and WiFi modelling Audio Visual Design: Video conferencing systems, meeting room and collaboration spaces, audio systems, lecture theatres, and presentation spaces Security Design: Electronic access control systems and CCTV systems Supporting senior consultants’ projects Working closely with our drafting team on project documentation Learning to manage project finances and resourcing hours under supervision About You Good time management and work/life balance Strong ability to interpret client and senior leader expectations and define them technically Excellent record-keeping and communication tracking Goal-oriented, with strong deadline management Excellent multitasking and responsiveness to emails, messages, and calls An engineering degree (required) Prior consulting experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred) High motivation for professional development, with opportunities to lead projects and work within a team Excellent report writing and analytical skills Additional Information Organization: 758 NDY Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
