This is a 12-month role based in our Support Office in Hawthorn East, offering flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities include : Developing an overarching narrative and providing internal communication advisory support for two key strategic projects: Best Life 2030 (Benetas’ five-year business strategy) and Project BEACON (Benetas’ approach to implementing its legislative and regulatory framework ).Providing strategic advice and proactive internal communications planning and delivery for transformation activitie s.Producing high-quality, engaging communication outputs that keep team members engaged and informed and highlight progres s.Ensuring that each initiative is appropriately positioned through consistent messaging and tone, in line with a broader program rollout schedul e.Monitoring and evaluating communication metrics to provide timely and meaningful analysi s.
