The role is responsible for driving quality practice through leadership, direct support, and provision of appropriate specialist advice and guidance on complex cultural issues to the Department of Children and Families workforce and partner organisations to ensure culturally secure services are provided to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. The position will be responsible for driving regional and remote activities in relation to developing and delivering connected, integrated and culturally appropriate holistic services in line with the Aboriginal cultural Security Framework and other frameworks. Selection will be made at the SAO2 or SP2 level depending on the experience/qualifications of the successful applicant.
