This role will monitor the legislative quality and compliance of services through timely visits of services and the investigation of complaints, incidents and non-compliance. This role will also undertake assessments and ratings of education and care services to determine their quality against the National Quality Standards for the purpose of supporting and promoting continuous quality improvements in regulated NT services.
