THE ROLE Senior Project Officer – Family Violence, leads and coordinates a range of practice development projects relating to family violence and the implementation of MARAMIS to support practice capability uplift of prescribed departmental workforces. The role provides support to the Office of Professional Practice in the provision of strategic and well-informed advice, project management, stakeholder engagement, secretariat, practice resource design and development, procurement processes, reporting and risk management. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Customise MARAMIS and broader family violence training, policy and practice guidance for the Child Protection workforce, and to enhance integration with broader and intersecting policies and frameworks used by the workforce, such as the SAFER children framework Undertake continuous improvement and priority project activities in accordance with family violence reform implementation for Child Protection and other DFFH workforces * Provide high quality, evidence based, timely advice regarding practice considerations for family violence reform implementation in the child protection context and other DFFH workforces.
