Team Leader - Orange Door Location: Broadmeadows, Melbourne VIC Employment: Full Time, Permanent The Orange Door is a Victorian family violence and child vulnerability support hub that provides a centralised access point for specialist services. They work to increase the safety of women and children experiencing family violence, support men to take responsibility for their behaviors, and provide coordinated assistance to families with complex needs. The multi-agency model brings together social workers, family violence specialists, child protection practitioners, and other professionals to deliver holistic, client-focused care. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Orange Door Team Leader to lead a family violence intake and assessment team. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of family violence practitioners who are working with people using violence. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based family violence services. Collaborate across services to optimise outcomes for clients. Foster a culture of engagement, learning, and excellence within your team. About You You are a highly skilled family violence professional with proven leadership experience, including: Demonstrated experience managing teams in the family violence sector. Extensive experience managing complex family violence cases. Knowledge of working with men who use family violence and supporting families. Strong stakeholder management and partnership experience.
