The Role Learning & Development Advisor This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and capability programs across Adbri to improve performance and support business-wide growth. You will also manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) and create engaging digital learning content. This role is located in Adelaide, SA and you will be required to travel across operational sites in South Australia . Responsibilities Design and deliver learning programs across digital, virtual and face-to-face channels Create interactive learning content using authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate) Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including data accuracy and reporting Analyse learning data to drive continuous improvement and measurable capability outcomes Support onboarding, workshops, and capability programs in partnership with subject matter experts What you will need to succeed Experience in L&D, training coordination, or instructional design Hands-on experience with LMS administration Proven ability to build eLearning using Storyline, Rise or similar tools Strong communication and ability to simplify complex content Strong project management skills and attention to detail Desirable: Experience within safety-critical or operational environments, knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, familiarity with AI content tools, and TAE40122 or equivalent.
