Representing more than 21,500 members the LIV's purpose is to foster the rule of law and to promote improvements and developments in the law as it affects the public of Victoria. The LIV is a non-profit organisation dedicated to its members and the development, maintenance and the sustenance of the law for the benefit of the community. About the Role: Working with the Member Services Team, the Member Services Coordinator will be actively involved in member renewals activities, focusing on an outbound engagement program for practising LIV Members. This role will play a key role in the annual renewals campaign conducting outbound calls to members who have not yet renewed. Other responsibilities include supporting the achievement of LIV membership targets through a range of member engagement, acquisition, retention and satisfaction strategies. Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting campaigns to drive awareness of product and service offerings to members and enhance customer engagement through delivery of outbound campaign activities Conduct an outbound lapsed member calls with a focus on renewals and informing members of the services and support available through the LIV Maintain CRM database and ensure data integrity, and maintain member details As a Member Services Coordinator, some of your other talents and attributes include: Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and communication (written and verbal) skills, Well-developed interpersonal skills with external and internal stakeholders at all levels, Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet multitask and prioritise deadlines, Enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment by working collaboratively and be self-driven, Being passionate about delivering high quality outcomes by approaching all tasks with genuine curiosity.
